“Simply Fresh: Chefs Dish on Locavore Cuisine, Philosophy” is featured in the March/April 2012 issue of Breathe Magazine. I interviewed five amazing chefs across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. They told us their philosophies and approaches to creating the locavore dining experience and came up with delicious recipes for the magazine.
