For R•Home’s September/October issue we featured bite-sized appetizers created by Heritage‘s co-owner and chef Joe Sparatta. Joe came up with the delicious recipes that reflect the restaurant’s yummy and seasonal bar menu, and his wife Emilia Sparatta assembled and styled the food for us. Photographer Beth Furgurson took the photos and R•Home’s talented art director V. Lee Hawkins came up with the design.
